Refunds and Returns

We do not offer a “Change of mind” return and refund (or store credit) service however we will replace any merchandise which is damaged at the time of delivery or does not match the order made.

If you need to claim for damaged or incorrect merchandise please contact us at info@dogshome.com, or by calling (03) 9329 2755 with the details of your transaction and we will arrange for the damaged goods to be swapped.
