Refunds and Returns
We do not offer a “Change of mind” return and refund (or store credit) service however we will replace any merchandise which is damaged at the time of delivery or does not match the order made.
Please note shipping of your order will be done via Australia Post. If you do not select the ‘with tracking’ postage option at checkout, The Lost Dogs’ Home is not responsible for any postage delays or errors that may occur.
